After registering your graduation request in the Student Information System, you must upload your thesis to the Library and submit the required documents by self-archiving in the Noesis Institutional Repository (follow this link to download the PDF guide).
Once your thesis has been uploaded to the Institutional Repository, the Library will verify, pursuant to Agreement No. 268 of 2021 (follow this link to download the Agreement in PDF format), that it complies with the presentation and submission guidelines set forth in the guide.
Institutional Repository
Upload your thesis and the required documents for the UIS Library.
Here you will find detailed instructions on how to register in the Institutional Repository, how to complete the self-archiving submission form, and how to upload the required files, listed below:
Document (undergraduate thesis or doctoral dissertation)
Authorization for use letter
Project approval letter with the signatures of the advisor(s) and evaluator(s)
The student must have the approval of their School.
In the case of group projects (more than one author), only one member will submit the thesis to the Institutional Repository with the data and supporting documents of all co-authors.
We recommend having all the information of the author(s), director(s), and evaluators involved in the project development, as well as the information that will be requested in each section of the description form.
Note: If there is any issue with accessing your institutional email, please send your concerns to the Division of Information Services (DIS) at the emailaddress admincorreo@correo.uis.edu.co
Be attentive to both your institutional and personal emails. In these inboxes, you will receive notifications when it is necessary to modify your submission. Remember to also check the “Spam” or “Junk” folders.
